Return to Training: Record of Attendance and Victorian Government QR Code Service.
13 Jun 2021 by Aneta Nicovska (Makayla)
Further to our previous notifications- this is a reminder that at each training session, an accurate record of all attendees (including parents/carers) for the purposes of contact tracing must be kept, including full name, FFA number, phone number, date, and time of attendance.
As directed by FV and the Victorian Government. It is COMPULSORY for all organisations to keep records of worker, volunteer, parent, carer and participant details for contact tracing. Clubs MUST collect the following information: first name, contact phone number, time, and date in which they visited, and the areas of the premises that they attended. Records must be collected using the Victorian Government free QR code service.
From Monday, 14 June 2021, we will commence electronic record keeping and all members of Spring Hills FC MUST use the free Victorian Government QR Code Service.
Coaches must encourage all players and their parents (for sub-juniors, this will be parents only) to comply with the QR Code Check-In system EVERY TIME they attend training.
The Club will provide coaches with multiple copies of the QR Code to help streamline this process.
For players/parents who do not have a smart device, Coaches must make reasonable efforts to ensure that their players/parents sign in by either offering to assist them or suggesting they gain access to someone else’s device.
The Club would really appreciate everyone’s support on this, as this is not a Club directive- but one issued by both FV and the Victorian Government.
Regards
